Your information on SpinDealz

Once you have registered on SpinDealz you will be required to choose a user name.  This user name will be displayed and provided to the public.  If you win an auction, SpinDealz will display the number of bids and dollar value of those bids when the auction ends to display savings. Users will not be able to personally identify you unless you associate your user name with your personal information.

Access, Review and Change of Personal Data

You can access, review and change most of your personal information by logging on to SpinDealz at any time.  However, some of your personal information can only be changed by contacting our Customer Service.  You are required to promptly update your personal information if changes occur or information is inaccurate.

Closing Your Account

Upon request, SpinDealz will close your account as soon as reasonably possible, based on your account activity and in accordance with applicable law.  We reserve the right to keep personal information from closed accounts to comply with law, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations and enforce our terms and conditions and take other actions otherwise permitted by law.

Security Measures

Your SpinDealz account and profile and the information contained are password protected chosen by the user.  Please note that you are not permitted to provide your password to anyone else.  SpinDealz will NEVER ask for your password in an email or over the phone.  Please remember to log out of your account and close your internet browser window when you leave SpinDealz especially if you use a PC in public locations.   SpinDealz uses security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access and disclosure.  We work very hard to protect your personal information.  We cannot ensure the security of the information you transmit to us and we urge you to take precautions to protect your personal information when you are on the internet.

Protection from Web Crawlers or Spam

SpinDealz assures you that we will use your e-mail address with your express consent only for the purposes stated in the terms and conditions.  SpinDealz will not rent or sell your e-mail address to third parties and we will prevent your e-mail address from being recorded by "web crawlers" or "web spiders" to the best of our ability.

SpinDealz may amend this privacy policy at anytime by posting the new privacy policy on SpinDealz. SpinDealz reserves the right to change this privacy policy at anytime without notice to you.
